BATTLEFORDS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEDIA SERVICES

The Battlefords Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors believes that communications amongst members is very important. The Chamber office is regularly asked to help facilitate such communication efforts with our fax-out service, newsletter inserts or lists of businesses in the community. To better serve our members and provide specific services for them, we have adopted the following media services policy. Please contact our office if you have any questions, or would like to take advantage of the services available.

1. Fax Out Service –TO MEMBERS ONLY, FOR MEMBERS ONLY! - fee - $100.00 plus GST
   1. Restricted to business community event, sale event or community announcement
   2. Must be artwork ready, and one page only
   3. Non-profit organizations may utilize the service for $25.00 plus GST
   4. City of North Battleford and Town of Battleford notices will be sent at No Charge
   5. Items will be faxed out in the evening
   6. Members asking to have their fax numbers removed from this fax-out file will have that request honored. We will, however, maintain their fax number for Chamber of Commerce fax-outs.
      
      
2. Address Labels
   1. $1.00 per label – Members
   2. $1.50 per label – Non members
   3. Choice of Member list or Complete Business List
      
      
3. Newsletter Inserts – MEMBERS ONLY!
   1. $500.00 plus GST
   2. Restricted to business community event, sale event or community announcement
   3. 925 copies of piece must be supplied prior to deadline provided, with the insert meeting weight and size requirements / restrictions
   4. First-come, first-served – can only book 3 months in advance
   5. Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any insert
   6. Only 1 insert per month will be accepted
   7. Delivery date cannot be guaranteed
      
      
4. Business List
   1. Available to Members in hard copy format at NO CHARGE
   2. Available to Non members in hard copy format for $10.00 plus GST
   3. No copy of the Chamber of Commerce Business List will be made available on disc or email
   4. No copy of email addresses or fax numbers of businesses will be made available
